By accessing or using Auditra ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators and employees of organizations using the Service.
2. Description of Service
Auditra provides a workforce management platform including campaign management, employee attendance tracking, and form collection via WhatsApp and Telegram integrations. Features are subject to change and may vary based on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or use automated tools to interact with the Service without our written consent.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auditra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
